ETHAN'S SNOW DAY PRAYER.... ANSWERED!

For weeks, before Thanksgiving, Ethan ended every one of his prayers with his "...and please Lord let it snow." Thursday morning Matt woke me up at 5:30 am (he was coming in from nights) "Jill, what has Ethan been praying for weeks? It's snowing!" We were very excited!! Annalyce was not a big fan of the snow!

After this, Annalyce threw up for the third week in a row, and the electricty went out for the rest of the day!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ETHAN!!!

Ethan turned 7 years old this weekend!! For weeks all he would talk about was how he was going to get a BB gun for his birthday and go to the deer camp with his dad. He was so excited, we didn't have the heart to tell him deer season did not begin until after Thanksgiving, and no one would be at the deer camp. Our plan was we were going to get him his BB gun for his birthday and throw him a Star Wars party!! We figured Matt could bring him later and he would get over not going to the camp when he had his party! Anyway, it just so happened to be Youth Weekend in Mississippi, on his birthday, and all the members were bringing their sons to the deer camp! So his birthday wish came true!!

Can you believe this child shot his first deer on his 7Th birthday. It was a 5 point buck. Matt said all he did was cover Ethan's left eye, and Ethan did the rest. Matt also, said he thought he was going to see dirt fly after he shot, but Ethan is good shot, like his daddy!

HARVEST FEST 2008

Household of Faith, October 31st, every year does a Harvest Fest. It was great! We went with Sherry and her kids Brian, and Kate. The kids dress as their favorite character, and played games for candy. Free food, free games, free music, free fun! Needless to say they loved it!

Matt and Ethan were invited to a LSU game by Uncle Tommy and Asa. The tie picture is from earlier this year. Can't you tell they are fans!! Aimee made their ties!

Last Weekend!

Last weekend the kids and I went and visited my cousin Missy
and her family. I thought it would be a good idea to post pictures
of last weekend before I posted pictures of this weekend!
